EUTELSAT KPI
Need
EUTELSAT has been mandated by GSA to provide the next-generation European position improvement service (SBAS) EGNOS GEO-3 for the next 15 years.
Description of the project
M3 Systems must develop a system of measurements and metrics of GNSS signals: C1 amount, C5 signal transmitted to the satellite fulfilling this function, and L1, L5 returned by the satellite.
Our participation
EUTELSAT has selected M3 Systems, the only company nowadays, able to monitore these signals in real time, and associating metrics with them, by implementing them on National Instruments platform. It is a project involving the 3 historic teams of M3 Systems: Radio-Navigation, Test & Measurement, Receivers and embedded systems.
The results obtained
The system is validated and operational.
