M3 Systems has been contributing for more than 20 years to the R&D activities of space and defense agencies in the field of satellite navigation (GNSS). The Center National d’Etudes Spatiales (CNES), the European Space Agency (ESA), the European Union Agency for the Space Program (EUSPA) and the Direction Générale de l’Armement (DGA) enabled us to develop unique know-how and build a range of GNSS products covering the entire value chain, from laboratory tests to integrated and on-board systems.

Our solutions are adopted by space manufacturers such as EUTELSAT, but also in the automotive industry with Stellantis (formerly PSA group), General Motors, Continental and in the rail industry with HITACHI and ALSTOM.

Historically based in the Toulouse region, our company is also developing in Belgium, closer to the European institutions.

With the emergence of new constellations and new services, our passion for space drives us to go beyond our limits and offer technological breakthroughs in the world of GNSS. Recent examples announce this new stage in the history of M3 Systems. This is the case of the reconfigurable GNSS payload project on board the YAM3 satellite of Orbital Loft and the prize awarded by EUSPA for the “SANGENE” concept of GNSS passive radar.

What are the missions?

Within a human-sized SME and under the responsibility of the management, you develop the group’s activities in the space / defense field. You conduct prospecting activities, setting up offers and setting up partnerships in the Regional and European space ecosystem in conjunction with our Brussels office.

You carry the offer of engineering and development of custom solutions in the GNSS field and its applications to autonomous systems: aerial drones, launchers of new generations of satellites. You develop and manage our business plan and carry out responses to calls for tenders from space agencies and defense players. Your passion, your sense of organization and your interpersonal skills allow you to fully exploit the technological achievements and know-how of our company in synergy with its sister companies M3 Systems Belgium and BOREAL SAS.

You participate in professional events at the international level and you develop partnerships in Europe, Asia and the United States.

You contribute to the development of the company and to the capitalization of our know-how in a very dynamic and competitive international context. Your capacity for synthesis and transverse vision leads you to propose innovative solutions.


The required profile

  • Engineering training and first experience in the space or aeronautical field
  • Confirmed commercial experience
  • Knowledge of institutional tender processes
  • Ability to build innovative offers
  • Rigor and methodology in the production of commercial supports
  • Good knowledge of the space/defense domain and of the regional and national ecosystem
  • Fluent English: Read, write, speak
